Transferring messages.

I had Zimbra desktop installed on my windows 7 computer. I had trouble and ended up formatting c:\ and installing windows xp. I forgot to even think about doing any kind of exporting to save my yahoo mail messages (that email account has been closed down for a while, but when i opened zimbra it did have all my email messages there). I did however have Zimbra destop installed on a separate partition (d:\). Is there any way i can get these messages back into zimbra on my windows xp installation?
