You can start with updating your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output here):

su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v

Is this a new install of Zimbra of an upgrade? If it's a new install do you have a Split DNS set-up? You should also look in the log files to see what the exact errors are.
