Export multiple contact folders

Hi,

I would like to export multiple contact folders which are organized in tree like structure. Essentially I want to export the full contact in a recursive manner where I select only the parent folder.

Is there any direct way to do it.

Also When I import my contacts, if I create a address book within an address book, it doesn't seem to import correctly. ??!!. Or maybe my approach is wrong.
