Default [SOLVED] Default mail format in OS X

Hi,

How can I change the default mail format from Plain Text to HTML on Zimbra 2.0.1 for Mac OS X?

I have looked online and it says it should be in Preferences > General but it's not there. Can't find it anywhere else either!

Many thanks,

Leon
