i am trying to figure out how to import my PST from Outlook 2010 to Zimbra desktop and I am getting an error. After doing some search online it appears that this is not an option for the free version of Zimbra? Is this true?

whats the point of this forum if no one from Zimbra responds? this has been posted for days.

You may not get a response on a forum for many reasons but you seem to have answered your question already:
It's not currently an option for any version of Zimbra Desktop. You could actually have tried some of the other suggestions for moving your mail to ZD such as connecting your Outlook to an IMAP server, moving the mail to the server then downloading it into ZD.
