Print shared appointmnet

We are running ZCS 6.0.9_GA_2686.UBUNTU_64 and Zimbra Desktop 2.0. When a user attempts to print a shared appointment, they get "Unauthorized Access". The user has either Manager or Admin privileges. They are able to print from the Zimbra Web Client though. Any help with this please.

We have also seen this problem when printing any shared items (e.g. messages from shared folders)

There is a bug logged for the issue (Bug 51451 – Printing shared items gives HTTP Error 500). I suggest you add your vote to the issue
