Migrate Outlook 2010 PST to Zimbra Desktop?

I have installed the free Zimbra desktop to my Win 7 PC with no problems; it can send/receive.

I have an outlook pst file that is about 3 GB. Can I migrate these emails into the Zimbra Desktop version?

First, can you migrate a 3 GB PST file to Zimbra Desktop?
I have tried to use the pst utility program but did not know what to put in for Zimbra server?

At the moment there is no easy way to do this and the .pst migration wizard is for migrating the data in a .pst to a Zimbra server only. The easiest thing to do would be to use Outllok to move the mail to another on-line IMAP account then connect to that account with ZD and let it download the mail.
