Export address book to other account in Zimbra

Hi!

I have two email accounts, one is gmail. I want to export part of my contacts from my gmail account to my other, work account. The export and import in "preferences" succeeds but nothing actually changes: Only the gmail account appears when I open my Address book.
The problem is that whenever I need to compose a new mail I have to start from my gmail account in the "From", find the recipient then switch back to the other account. This is annoying especially when I forget to switch back and work related mails thus are send from my private gmail.
