Default Hotmail in Zimbra

Hotmail (standard) does work fine in Zimbra!

Check out Send and Receive Windows Live Hotmail emails from a Mail Client and follow the instructions there. One key thing is SMTP authentication - it has to be activated

They are much more helpful than the surly Zimbra responses posted here that would put most people off an otherwise good program . . .

Hey you can use it OK with POP (no thanks Zimbra support!). Check out
Send and Receive Windows Live Hotmail emails from a Mail Client.
Works fine . .

Thank u for sharing this info but this info is for POP configuration, it doesn't say anything about IMAP. Zimbra team didn't say that POP doesn't work.
