[SOLVED] Can't select: To: or Cc: or Bcc: when composing mail

When I try to select the above mentioned options, it shows a red circle stop symbol. Also does not suggest email's from contact list when starting address in To: field.

Any suggestions?

The "Synchronize all contacts and groups" must be checked in the edit account page.

After desktop launch:

1 Select "Setup" in upper right corner.
2 On "My Accounts" page, select, Edit.
3 Check "Synchronize all contacts and groups" (which enables the To, Cc, Ccc choices)
4 Click "Validate and Save", relaunch desktop.
