Unhappy Folder Creation

Hallo. Mac user. I installed ZD2 after backup of my mail folders in ZD1, I uploaded them with complete success. Now everything is running well except I have the same problem of last message: the FOLDER creation [nf] is inactive and if I try to create one I get a message "Subfolders under folder xxxx are note permitted". I need to create subfolders and I haven't found any help: it looks like a permission problem. Thank you for a QUICK help!

Can somebody give me a reasonable answer?
The alternative is leaving Zimbra Desktop.

Hi there,

I'm a newbie user, and I'm unable to create folders under the inbox, or anywhere that I can use a filter to route the email sent to a certain email alias.

Did you find a solution to this problem?

thanks!

Austen.

Hallo, I had many discussion with their help desk because they said the POP server doesn't allow folder creation: I couldn't understand it, as all my messages are archived locally (not on the POP server). Then I realized a new block had been created (in Zimbra 2, in release 1 there wasn't) called "local folders" and that's the place where you can create/modify subfolders.
I hope this can help you, regards
Andrea
