what are the magor needs of zimbra desktop compared to other zimbra products and the other products in the market?

Do you mean, what does ZD need to operate, or what would a person need that would lead them to use ZD ?

Any particular other products that you refer to?

i meant that ZD needs some options to be more efficient. there are other free products that have more features than the ZD.

The problem with your original question, as far as I see it, is that the answer depends on what features you 'want' and what you're comparing it to - neither of which have been mentioned.

Well, my answer above also applies to this statement. If you think it needs more 'features' then feel free to file any RFEs in bugzilla that you feel are appropriate, that would get the attention of developers.

That requires Activesync (a proprietary protocol licensed from Microsoft), that means it would have to be a non-free product. Is Outlook a free product?

No cause i see many people use it here in morocco so i thought it was a free product.
