Zimbra Desktop 2.0 can not write new mails

Hello

I have Zimbra Desktop 2.0 and it set up two Zimbra accounts.
Now I have the problem that I have the second account does not have Zimbra
able to write emails, or answer new.
If I want to create a new mail will open a new window
but this is grayed out with a ban on the oak drawing cursor.

Someone knows the problem?
Is there a solution?

I get same issue and Shift-F5 in new mail separate window dont help.
See Nothing happens when clicking on "new mail", "reply" or "forward"...
