Default APPEND failed: APPEND Command exceeds the maximum allowed size

I keep getting the following error report:

APPEND failed: APPEND Command exceeds the maximum allowed size

This is my system data:

Product name: Zimbra Desktop
Product version: 1.0.3
OS Platform: Mac OS X x86_64 10.6.4
Error type: APPEND failed: APPEND Command exceeds the maximum allowed size
Item ID: 90039
Error summary: Append message failed

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

UPDATE: Nearly a year has gone by and I keep getting the same error with the newer versions of Zimbra, regardless of the size of my Sent emails:

Product name: Zimbra Desktop
Product version: 7.0.1
Build ID: 10791
Release type: GA
OS Platform: Mac OS X i386 10.6.8
Time of event: 2011-07-30 00:23:15
Error type: APPEND failed: APPEND Command exceeds the maximum allowed size
Item ID: 98896
Error summary: Append message failed

That's because you're trying to send a file (or attachment) that is larger than the server will accept.

BTW, you should be aware that the ZD 2 is now GA and I'd recommend you try it.

Default My emails were txt only, without attachments

Hi Phoenix. Thanks for your comments. I thought that might be the case, but my emails have all been very small, text-only, with no attachments.

On the other hand, my inbox and sent folders on Yahoo (Yahoo Business) have a large number of emails (6GB and 3GB, respectively), but I am supposed to have capacity for unlimited emails.

Any thoughts?

I'm not an expert on the Yahoo mail service so perhaps one of the developers will chime in with a comment later.
