You should paste any error message/log why your ZD wouldn't start. WIthout error message, we could not address your ZD setup issue.

I didn't paste any error message because nothing happend when I try to start a program. In the meantime, I reinstall ZD and the problem is solved.

Tnx anyway

I have the same issue. Installed on a Fresh install of Win7 x64 Ultimate.

No error messages, not application, no start.

We even wiped the machine and installed it on a fresh install of win7 x64.

I'm having the same problem. Installed and when I click the icon to run nothing happens. I'm using the lasted version on Window 7.
