Exclamation Zimbra 2/Filtering

Hi,
I just downloaded and installed Zimbra Desktop 2 yesterday.
I faced problems with filtering my mails.
1. While filtering mails (gmail), msgs are not filtered to LOCAL FOLDER, instead it creates folder in gmail folders. As I want my mails filtered to local folders after downloading is finished. when I reach PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS: File into Folder>Browse Folder>New AND HERE I CREATED A FOLDER IN LOCAL FOLDER then OK> (folder created in LOCAL FOLDER), PREVIOUS DIALOG BOX APPEARS.........But I don't see LIST OF LOCAL FOLDERS, instead it shows GMAIL'S Server Based folder. But If I creat a new folder in GMAIL'S FOLDERS, it appears. But as I said earlier, I want to send my filtered msgs to LOCAL FOLDERS.
2. After failing the above, I surrendered , and made a folder in gmail folders and successfully done this. NOW, its time to APPLY THIS RULE (manually as described in HELP SECTION, and AUTOMATICALLY by selecting ACTIVE OPTIONS CHECK BOX as described in HELP SECTION (http://www.zimbra.com/desktop2/help/en_US/Zimbra_Mail_Help.htm). I carefully followed the steps in HELP SECTION'S FILTERING SECTION. But nothing happens. I closed/exited the application, again nothing happens.
3. I don't find any Run Filter button or LINK anywhere in the whole FILTERING SECTION (S)..
3. I un-installed it 2 times but failed to get my msgs filtered.
Please look into the matter and guide me/fix this bug accordingly.
Thanks.
Regards.

I, too, am having issues with filtering in Zimbra 2. I am trying to specify to filter messages with the "X-Spam-Status: Yes" header as well as a couple of file-by-subject filters. Nothing is working.

I am using Zimbra 2 with an IMAP account.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
