Progam launch failure.

I installed Zimbra Desktop on my Vista machine three times now and even after a full system reboot, it does not launch. Any ideas why?

I have even installed the program free with my firewall and and virus protection disabled to no avail! I'd really like to try this software, but with these types of frustrations, it looks like I'm wasting my time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
