Email inbox link to old email - again!

My question from last night went away, why?

I will post it again. I installed Zimbra as my email client with my knology email account. It worked find, but it appeared there were some performance issues, so I removed the account.

I then re established the account.

My emails from the first time are gone! It appears there are here:
C:\Zimbra\zdesktop\store\0\1\msg\0
and the new messages are here:
C:\Zimbra\zdesktop\store\0\3\msg\0
How can I get them back?

When I establish the account it is a pop3, so it forces me to download emails from the server. Can someone help me?
