Few questions for you:
1) Does the problem happen to you all the time, or only once a while
2) How many accounts you have? What are the types?
3) You can run into the issue right after you launch ZD? Are there any errors in Error Console (with dev=1) after you launch ZD, *without* clicking New/Reply/Forward?
One other thing can be very helpful is the "GetInfoResponse".
After you launch ZD with dev=1, you should see a small pop-up debug window. In that debug window, search for "GetInfoResponse".
Once found, please copy the entire frame for GetInforResponse and send it to us. Feel free to send it via private message. Thanks!
A bit of repeating myself but this is so strange...
Since I started zDesktop (once) with "&dev=1", it's fixed.
On both computers (I obviously removed "&dev=1") zDesktop works as it should...
2. Each PC has one account type=zimbra
3.1. One of two PC with issue work some days normal before issue appeared. On othe PC this issue appear at first ZD start.
3.2. There is no errors on ZD starts. There is errors when I select Setup (repeated twice):
Error: Permission denied for <http://127.0.0.1:2788> to call method UnnamedClass.toString on <>.
Error: uncaught exception: unknown (can't convert to string)
So all four PCs are Russian Windows? How about usernames on the two that are working vs. the two don't work? - any Cyrillic alphabet for usernames?
I just noticed that my ZD 2.0 accounts with issue dont synced with server data.
For example in ZD no documents placed in Documents and no tasks placed in Tasks on the web !
I can reproduce the issue !!!
I create first Signature in ZD and New, Reply, Forward dont work after ZD restarting.
