Default Intermittent "Offline" issue

Hi all,

Im running Zimbra Desktop V 1.0.4 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

Zimbra has recently developed this habit of all the accounts going offline, and not being able to connect. It does this roughly every half hour, and will stay offline for a further half hour, quite annoying.

(Note: When this happens, the website is still working as per usual.)

If I go into the setup area when its offline, and try to validate the account settings, I get the following message:

Cannot connect to "mail.cthtuning.co.uk:995". Please check host/port and network connectivity.

Now, I have contacted the host for said accounts, and they claim its a networking issue my end.

Iv been through all my firewall settings, added exceptions for POP3 data etc, and the problem persists.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Why don't you try the Zimbra Desktop 2 RC (details in the Announcement forum) and see how you get on with that?
