Default recover lost mail?

I am using the latest version of Zimbra Desktop on my Windows XP computer. If my computer is not on at the moment and I use Zimbra webmail from a different system to delete messages that I have already looked at using Zimbra Desktop. Is there a way to recover those messages from my local Zimbra Desktop?

I assume that as soon as I log in to Zimbra Desktop, it will synchronize with the Zimbra server and those messages will be deleted from Zimbra Desktop. I am looking to prevent that from happening.

Is there a way?

Thanks.

You don't say which version that actually is, the 'latest' version of Zimbra Desktop is the beta 4 of ZD 2 - is that what you're using?

What's wrong with recovering them from the Trash folder?

You can recover them from your HD (if you can find them), you can disconnect from the internet and start ZD then move the mail to a local folder.

That's correct.
