Default all messages does not display ANY messages... desktop 2.0 build 10514

using 2.0 desktop build 10514, on mac os 10.6.4.

have identical installations on 2 macs (MAC PRO 2 years old and MAC BOOK PRO )

after using for ~2 days it stopped displaying anything under "All Mailboxes"
It does show the number of unread messages (in bold)

works on the mac pro but not on mac book pro.

stopped and started desktop several times.

do I need to post a logfile?

any advice?

PS I reinstalled everything from scratch (including download of 6Gbytes)
All Messages did show some files for about 2 seconds then the list was empty again.

Default similar problem

Hello

through the Photo agency I work for I used to have access to my business Email account through Zimbra Desktop application. Our company has cancel the collaboration with Zimbra and till yesterday I had access to my Email data by means of Zimbra Desktop as I did a backup by exporting the emails content to my local computer (All-2010-09-22-192910.tgz).

This morning everything was gone, no data is shown and my question is if is there any way to import my email content again to the Zimbra desktop so that is shown as it used to be. I really need to recover my email data through 'Zimbra desktop' since my imac is unable to show the .tgz email data and /or the format which Zimbra uses.

Default

yes you can
the clicks will depend on the version you use:
- click on preferences,
- go to the mail account (I have 3, pick the one you want to use)
- click on import / export
- import browse for your file and import.
you then can "move your files" (mark the emails and click on the move icon) to the "local folders". That area is completely independent of your email server.

my problem is different. I can see all emails in the email account, but not under "all mailboxes" (only if you have more than one account).
