[SOLVED] VoiceMail Playback

Our phone system will email a copy of our voice mail to us as a wav file. Zimbra DeskTop will play it but the player that pops up is nothing more than a black screen which says "Waiting for Video". There are no controls to allow for volume control, pause or the like.

Is there a way to change the application that is playing back the wav file? I'm using Beta 4.

Try following the instructions here for changing default apps in Zimbra Desktop (i.e. using Prism configuration): Bug 31979 – Cannot change application assocciation for mime types

Selection of apps should be easier following implementation of this bug:
Bug 40653 – Provide preferences / options to set method of dealing with attachments and files
(Due in Zimbra Desktop Helix later this year/early next year).

Even better, vote for this bug (currently unscheduled) to include voicemail (and audiofile playback) inline in the email (probably using HTML5):
Bug 38698 – Preview voicemail and other audio files inline
