Email Que

Hi Guys,

I am new to zimbra and I was evaluating this email server. I don't know what to ask but this is something my client wants to implement using ZCS community edition.

Here it goes, a specific email or group can send email to anybody (internal/external) but rather than it goes as normal, it will be sent to a specific zimbra email/admin for review then the admin reviews and approves the email on que and releases it or rejects it, if he did not approve it for a certain period of time it is automatically sent to the desired recipient.

Is that possible? Can somebody point me to the right direction?
