OE to Zimbra

How our email is set up is that ANYTHING@OURCOMPANYNAME.COM goes to one master email address. I set up Zimbra Desktop using the master email. When sending or replying to emails in OE we would select the our name from the drop down so it would show the correct sender (i.e. cassi@OURCOMPANYNAME.COM).

Does this mean we can't do this with Zimbra Desktop?

This is definitely possible. You can setup your other IDs as personas, under Options->Accounts in 1.0; or under Preferences->Personas in 2.0.

There is no "from" field when composing messages for us to select which persona is sending the email. How can I turn that on?

You should have an account: field after setting up one or more personas.
