Question UAC Help message

When I installed beta 4 from beta 3 I am now getting a UAC prompt to run Zimbra Desktop now on my Windows 7 box. Do you know what this is used for and why is this prompting me to run when Zimbra Desktop 2.0 beta 4 opens up?

I don't want to turn off UAC b/c it is a good feature. But I think that Zimbra/VMware should have keep it the same way as it was in beta 4 where I didn't need to have a prompt before opening up Zimbra desktop in Windows 7.

I see this too, the prompt is for permission to run "helper.exe", which is unsigned and has no publisher information. It looks like it has something to do with mapi but I'm really not sure. This didn't happen in previous versions.

I am seeing the same thing. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? This started after installing Zimbra Desktop 2.0 (build 10514) on Windows 7.

Thanks.

This happens if Zimbra is set to be the default mail application. It's trying to set the default mail application. This is ok, except that it does this every time.

Neither Thunderbird nor Outlook do this after the first change of the setting. Zimbra Desktop should behave the same.

I've filed 51237 for this.
