Some General Help - Contacts, Folders, etc.

I wish to export (and import) contacts into Zimbra but the doc I found on the subject is not helpful. It indicates that there is an Options tab with these functions, but I can find no Options tab so I am stuck.

Also, I seem to be having some trouble with mail Folders. Every one I create causes Zimbra to generate an error message saying "Synchronization of folder 'xxxx' disabled due to error: Unable to create remote folder" The folder is there, as are any messages I moved into it, but the error message is disconcerting.

Finally, I'd like to migrate my folders from Outlook over to Zimbra but I cannot find any information on how to do that (or if it is even possible).

I like Zimbra and am seriously considering abandoning Outlook altogether in favor of Zimbra, but these issues are giving me pause...

Any help?
