Default ZD 2.0 Beta 3 Linux : Address book doesn't default to contacts

Sound confusing but when you click on address book the screen is blank as if you have no contacts ... what folder is it displaying something hidden?
The search bar displays in:"contacts"

You have to click on the contacts folder to get it to display the contacts, why doesn't it go directly to the contacts folder?

Now if I double click on an email address in an email it opens a new contact, when you save the contact, it is saved somewhere other than the contact folder.

Where are these addresses getting saved and how do you save them in the contacts folder?

The current version of ZD 2 is Beta 3 not Beta 2, I'd suggest you try that. It defaults to the Contacts address book on my ZD 2 beta 3.

Well, as I mentioned above, if you go to the Address Book tab it should default to showing the entries in your Contacts folder, it does on my system. You don't say if this is Window or Linux, is there any pop-up blocker or malware/spyware/anti-virus scanners running that might be likely to cause this problem? Have you just installed ZD or ahs it been running for a while and has this problem only just occurred?

This problem is showing up while running ZD on Linux Fedora 13 X86
The fault is also displayed when running from a web browser.

I checked win7 which I don't use often, and it works correctly.

I had better luck with ZD 1 and have recently been able to use ZD 2.0 since Beta 2
I do know this worked in ZD 1
