Default [SOLVED] Am I missing something? There is no way to easily add a contact from an Emai

Why not have this option through the Zimlet or through right click context menu.

Hover over the email address, right click, and you should have "Add to Contacts" ?

Works for me in ZCS, also clicking the entry opens a new page in contacts where you can add more details and hit save.

That's in Zimbra Collaboration Suite though, and I see you are using Zimbra Desktop; there are differences. I'm not over familiar with Desktop, so I'd start with checking to see you are running the latest build and see if that helps things.

You are missing something.

The option to add to contacts should be there. Have you checked that you have the email zimlet installed and enabled? It's an "invisible" zimlet, I mean that it won't show up in the list on the left column of your ZWC, but it will be active when you right-click a mail address.

In my case if I click on the entry, it creates a contact "somewhere" but not in my contacts folder.
The funny thing is I just tried to create a contact again and it stored it with one other contact I created this way.
When I click on the contacts folder icon on the upper left, my contacts appear and the new ones disappear.

Thanks for the tip.

In preferences under Zimlets, the email Zimlet is shown as being enabled.
Should I remove and reinstall the Zimlet?

Edit: The Email Zimlet is not available separately from the gallery.

Edit: Replaced the Email Zimlet with a fresh one from the install files, still displays the same behavior.

Default This is a bug in the Linux version

Not sure if its just Fedora 13 X86 but the facility is there it's not always working.
So I'm marking it SOLVED the function exits and works under Windows.
