Applying mail filter to old messages

I have Zimbra Desktop 1.0.4 build 1833. How can I apply a mail filter to the existing mail in the inbox?

Is there a command-line tool to do this? zmmailbox does not seem to be available for Desktop.

Can this be done with SQL/Derby directly?

The remote server is Exchange.
