Default Zimbra desktop to access Microsoft exchange global address book

Hi ,

we are new to Zimbra. Currently we have exchange 2007 with nearly around 400 user. We would like to migrate the mail client (outlook) first. We are struck at getting the global address book.Can you please help ?

Hi Squareanand,

You should wait until Zimbra developers team will release that feature in Zimbra Desktop 2.0 - https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=24467. I hope it might be in one of RC's.

Another possible way is to use Mozilla Thunderbird instead of ZD, and proxy server Davmail to communicate with Exchange (DavMail POP/IMAP/SMTP/CalDav/LDAP Exchange Gateway).
