Sending and Recieving E-mail Error

I installed Zimbra yesterday and when I added an account I originially tried to add my hotmail account using the "Windows Live" drop down. When I put it all my information it gave me and error and said that I needed permission to connect to hotmail. So, I read the forums and added my e-mail account using the POP specifications. It worked and my e-mails were able to sync, but now I am not recieving nor sending any e-mails.

Please help!

If you are using the ZDC you can simply selcet Setup and where it shows the hotmail POP account, you should see a small reset button. Select that and confirm all of the hotmail server settings are correct.
