ZD 2.0 Beta 3 Linux : Problem: Close button not working

Besides the close button you can't close the window via the panel or Atl -Space

The only way to close the window is to use the misbehaving application button or to do it manually via the command line.

After clicking on the close button, the interface stays as is but if I select setup I get

The connection was refused when attempting to contact 127.0.0.1:56371.
