zimbra desktop not showing sub folders

hello all
we are having a problem with zimbra desktop not showing users folders which appear normal in web interface any hints
its normal folders not shared or any thing

The problem is only with sub-folders? Which version of zimbra desktop are you using?

the problem was large mail box size it toke time then after finishing inbox and send box started syncing the rest thanks :)
