Help! Zimbra with Mac Mail synch?

Hi All

A bit of a newbie and i never set up the zimbra with my works macs but here goes.

I'm away on business and about 3 weeks ago I deleted some emails from my zimbra collaboration inbox, and also its sent box.

I have just realised one of them was VERY important - i was wondering if anyone knew if it would still perhaps be saved/visible on the Apple Mac's Mail, back in my offices the other side of the world?!!! Or does it synch everything?!

I never set it up so don't know about preferences etc. I'm really hoping it could be somewhere. If not i suppose its time to 'fess up!
