Cannot start, cannot uninstall

Hi,

I have been having these problems for a while now. The problem is this:

1. When I start Zimbra, it froze at the splash page. The three icon animations are still moving, but nothing else happen.
2. When I try to uninstall it, the language selection page appears, but when I click next, it disappears. Nothing else happen after that. It just vanishes.
3. When I try to install new version (without installing), in the normal mode, it says that it cannot create charsets.jar, but in windows safe mode, it says "cannot start zimbra core desktop service".

I am using Vista. I have attached the log here. Hope someone can help.
