Default Yahoo! Mail with Underage account

Hi everyone,

I am facing a silly problem with my Yahoo! account, because I somehow got my date of birth wrong so that it looks like I am a 10 year old.

The problem is that Yahoo! users younger than 13 can't access details of their profile, so they can't change their date of birth. I am told the Yahoo! account management team can't change it either, so it looks like all I can do is wait another 3 years to be able to change it...

In the meantime, I would like to use Zimbra desktop but it won't let me use this account for the same reason (younger than 13). However I was thinking of building my own version of Zimbra desktop with a small patch so that age isn't checked when accounts are set up. I haven't been able to identify where this check is performed, but I hoped someone could help ?

Many thanks for your time,
David.
