Default Email Local Copy?

Outlook stores POP email on your hard drive.

Is there a way to setup Zimbra to do the same? I like to have an archive copy of email from business clients for auditing purposes.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Jeff

If you are using the Zimbra desktop you should have a default folder called local folder. You can create subfolders under this root folder and each folder will be transfered to your local harddrive.

Simply drag and drop cmessages to these folders to archive it. rules can also be set up to move messages here. testing to see if you can do this by date.

Hope this helps.

P.S the ZCS does not have this feature.
