Default Ubuntu setting system default email

Looking through the preferences I can not see system default to set Zimbra as the default email client in Ubuntu Lucid. Is there another way to configure Zimbra to be the system default email client.

No, you can't or you need to request it to the Ubuntu developers

I don't think it is an ubuntu problem. If you could launch Zimbra desktop from terminal (and attaching to it a file to be sent through email) then it would work. But it seems Zimbra can't be launched from terminal so that it directly creates a new message when a certain file. Right?
