Question Imcoming Mail Server

Okay- So I am not the brightest when it comes to the nitty gritty of computers but I have just installed Zimbra Desktop from the intuit website in which I have an account set up through the web. I wanted to download and have access without going to the web and then through intuit so I downloaded Zimbra. It is now asking me for the Incoming Mail Server and Port,I have no idea where to find this information or a contact to tech support. Can anyone Help??

hmm Intuit is a huge company - what URL did you get zimbra desktop from? You didn't mention what you tried already - maybe you already did this but try using the same hostname as the one you'd use for webmail.

I'd suggest you ask your question on these forums: Small Business Answers And Information | Intuit Community

I'e tried mail8.homestead.com and recvd this msg...
Cannot connect to "https://mail8.homesteadmail.com/service/soap/". Please check host/port and network connectivity.

I also tried websites.intuit.com

The link was downloaded from the Zimbra web service through Intuit. I sign on through Intuit and then get into Zimbra mail, a link in the top right corner "Offline version" I clicked and then downloaded it. Now I am unable to get on without the Incoming Mail server.
