Default calender and postponed appointments

Whenever I make an appointment in the calendar of Zimbra desktop 1.0.4 , inviting colleagues (working with Outlook 2007), they receive an invitation in their email box . In this invitation they see’ll the proposed (correct) time described for the appointment, for example 2-3 pm.

If my colleagues accept the invitation, the appointment appears to be classified at an other time in their calendar in Outlook 2007. The appointment is postponed with 2 hours with a new time 4-5 pm.

I will have the appointment set from 2-3 pm in my Zimbra calendar and they will have the same appointment set from 4-5 pm. I cannot discover the cause. The timezone is gmt +1 amterdam, also for my colleagues.

Can somebody help me?
