I have configured zimbra 6.X and was happly using ,

Surprising me ... and if i tried with my another account it works fine.

account which i tried was having 36+ GB Data which i want to clean from server. ZD affect sizes,,, ????

where with same account i tried with outlook which works fine..

Can any one let me know if m missing something ..

The ZD has a log which is created on installtion. You can look it up here :

    C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Zimbra\zdesktop\log\zdesktop.log

Paste the output here so we can know what's going on.

That error would indicate you've set it as (or it's expecting) an SSL connection at the server.

    Unable to connect to IMAP server: DataSource: { id=40f9c71b-fb04-4461-baa9-d24705defaa4, type=pop3, isEnabled=true, name=allmailsbcc@testserver.com, host=mail.testserver.com, port=995

This piece of log is interesting. It says Unable to connect to IMAP server and also says type=pop3 . I had faced the same issue but then I selected the POP without SSL. I had filed a bug for that too. See here.
