Help rebuilding local calendar and address data

Zimbra stopped receiving mail and I did an account reset (which fixed the problem) but deleted all of my local address book and calendar data which I didn't realize would happen.

All the data is backed up through my MAC's time machine but need to know how to restore the Address Book and Calendar? Can I just pull files from the backup? Is there a restore procedures?

I was unable to find anything (Google/zimbra forum) that even correctly points out where that data is stored.
