need installation help

I had Zimbra before and it worked fine then I had my computer reformated and I am trying to download it again. The dowmload goes fine but it will not open I just get the 3 red circles over and over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 time same problem....help please~!!!!

You do realise that people who post on here do so in there spare time and are all volunteers and have full time jobs, don't you? Waiting a bit longer that five hours might be more appropriate.

The lack of response might be because of the lack of detail in your post: there's no ZD version mentioned; no operating system mentioned; there's no mention of whether you have any ant-virus install; there's no mention of whether you've searched the forums and tried some of the solutions you'll find; there's also no mention of whether you've looked at the Troubleshooting section of the ZD section of the wiki. Answer those questions and someone may be able to give you some advice.
