[SOLVED] ZD's window starts maximized without control buttons bar

Don' know if it'a ZD or Windows issue, but ZD's windows is starting maximized and the control bar is not showed so I can't close, minimize or restore it through the buttons on the upper right.
The only way to close ZD'windows is through the context menu I get hitting Alt+spacebar.
Any hint?

F11 toggles this on/off (full screen/normal screen) Not a bug, just a standard behaviour
