Mail rejected by Titan Gateway

Hello,
I use Zimbra and I configured it to transfert every mail to my Yahoo adress.
Some mails arrived in my Zimbra box but are rejeted after by Titan Gateway and never reach my Yahoo Box.
Somebody can tell me how I can tell to Titan gateway that theses mails are good ?

If you are a user within a business who is using that service then I would recommend you speak to your IT department first.
