How Do I Make All My Folder Root Level

When I create a folder it seems to only show up for that email account
I need to create a root level type of folder system how do I do it

Not quite sure what you are asking ... Is it that you would like a folder to be available to every single user; without them having to create it themselves ?

I'm a single user of zimbra on one pc & I have six different email accounts.

When I'm reading a email & I want to save it for later I have to make
a folder in that email account section.

With six different email accounts I have six different folders for
ebay & it's hard to keep everything organized.

I need a root folder system setup with one folder for
ebay instead of six.

Is this Zimbra Desktop you're talking about? If it is, which version are you using?

I'll move this thread to the appropriate ZD forum. You might also want to take a look at the ZD 2.x beta 2 as it has a combined mailbox for your accounts and might be more suited to your needs. Details of the release are in the ZD forums, please note there is no upgrade path from ZD 1.x to ZD 2.x and you must un-install ZD 1 and carefully read the notes about the new release before you install it.
