Default domain name

i am currently using a ZD2 Beta 1, but i just got this new domain name which i imported into my gmail account, but for some reason i can't send messages from my yahoo or gmail accounts in my zimbra desktop to this my domain name.
can some1 please explain to me what is going on.

I don't really understand what you mean by 'imported into my gmail account'.

I've no idea as you haven't given any examples of erros that you see nor what happens when you try to send an email.

I guess it's possible that the DNS for your domain isn't set-up correctly but that is a guess until you provide more information. If you can send email from ZD to any other mail server then the problem isn't likely to be with Zimbra Desktop.
