Move store/accounts from Windows to Mac

I am moving from Windows to Mac and want to take my Zimbra Desktop with me without redownloading all my emails which would take weeks.

Is it possible to copy some specific folders of the Zimbra application data across e.g. store/ ? What else should I copy to get the accounts and the folder and are there some folders which are OS-specific and shouldn't be copied?

You should do a export in ZD on the windows machine, and then import the file created on the mac.
