Welcome to the forums

Which release of Zimbra Desktop are you running ? Have you checked any of your log files ? Sorry but you have not provided a level of detail that would help us to help you.

The release of Zimbra Desktop is 1.0 (build 1593). Once I input my account and correct password, it mention"the password is invalid".

Double check the spelling of the account name, and verify that you are putting in the correct password. ZD is connecting to the server and it is saying your password is incorrect...

Thank you. I have checked and put in my account name and password for many times until my account is locked. This morning I found another solution that I chosen POP instead of YHAOO MAIL and then put in my account, password and other settings, and it works finally.

jefffu, do you use custom folders in yahoo mail to sort incoming mails into other than the inbox? If so, does this also work in Zimbra for you? If so, how did you set this up. Many of us are getting errors that Zimbra cannot connect to the yahoo server.
